for attention in operations:
*In
shutdown do not turn the handle.
*Before starting the operation, check if
the indication of oil reaches the central position of the glass. Too much oil
or insufficient oil will lead to a rise in temperatures or an increase in abrasion.
*Oil quality, oil viscosity and the change of surrounding temperature will
have an impact on the use life of this machine. The viscosity of oil will constantly
vary due to the change in surrounding temperature. For what kind of lubricant
to be used, refer to the list of lubricants as follows.
*Install at a location
where it is in favor of management of lubrication and ventilation.
*This device
is applicable to the operation where the surrounding temperature is below 50℃
and the temperature limit is the room temperature+55℃.
*During installation
the passive axis should as much as possible avoid impact, vibration, axial thrust,
and so forth.
*Where the full load is used, if possible, low speeds should
be adopted at startup.
*In use do not go to overload to prevent the abrasion
panel from wear or from a temperature rise.
Oil-Change
Indication
1.
The quality of lubrication is connected to the use life of a decelerator. Please
change oil periodically (not fill oil, mind you)
2. The first oil-change is
after the use of 200 hours, the second 500 hours, and change once every 1000 hours
afterwards. |
